The administrative data initiative transforming researchers’ access to the UK’s public sector data, which SCADR is part of, will continue for a further five years.

ADR Scotland is seeking to recruit approximately 6 people to join and expand its existing Public Panel. Since the pandemic, this is now a predominantly virtual panel and we therefore welcome and encourage applications from people across Scotland.

The Scottish Centre for Administrative Data Research (SCADR) have been exploring what people using administrative data think they need to know, and what’s already available regarding training, support and access in this area.

Spotlight on Dr Elizabeth Lemmon

Life as a Research Fellow

After completing my PhD in Economics at Stirling University, I joined Edinburgh Health Economics (EHE) in March 2019. It's been great to be back working with others, after the isolation of the final stages of my PhD! I really enjoy the buzz that comes from being part of a busy team, working on the UK Bowel Cancer Intelligence (BCIUK) project with EHE Lead, Dr Peter Hall.

Two researchers, Ben and David, discuss what challenges occurred when staff needed to work from home, due to the pandemic and whether remote access may become the norm?

The IPDLN are hosting the 2020 International Population Data Linkage Virtual Conference, Data Linkage: Information to Impact.
