Addressing the challenges of cross-sectoral and cross-jurisdictional data linkage:

  • Accessibility and tiered access mechanisms
  • Data enclaves
  • Automating data quality assessments
  • Interoperability, standards, and common data models

Research using real-world data (RWD)

Research outcomes utilizing linked datasets:

  • Health, housing, justice, education, transportation, and environment
  • Demographic characteristics, including race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity
  • Population measurement and census-taking methods
  • Insights related to post-Covid-19 research
  • Evaluations of programs and intervention

Ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI)

Research on responsible and legal uses of population data including:
