Administrative data contains a wealth of information to help us understand people’s educational experiences. From examining the application of different interventions within schools, to investigating inequalities in educational outcomes, administrative data can enrich the picture of how people interact with and benefit from education services and systems.

When this data is linked, de-identified and shared securely with researchers, it can generate new evidence to improve the way these systems work, leading to better outcomes.

This ADR UK Researcher Symposium will bring together researchers from across the ADR UK partnership who are generating insights on education.

Speakers will share their findings and discuss how insights from administrative data can support policy and practice.  We are delighted that our Professor Morag Treanor, will be presenting on Educational exclusions in Scotland.
