Charini Nanayakkara

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Charini is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Australian National University (ANU) in the College of Systems and Society - School of Computing, where she conducts research on record linkage techniques for integrating population data, and co-convenes the Data Wrangling course. Charini received her PhD in Computer Science from the ANU in 2022, and BSc (Hons.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing, Sri Lanka, in 2016. 

As a Research Fellow, she contributes to the design and implementation aspects of novel advanced record linkage methods in the Scottish Historical Population Platform project.
